In 2013 when this journey began, we had no idea the seeds we planted would grow into the fruit-bearing trees they are today. While, God knew this all along and has continued to provide for the ministry. In 2019, we needed to launch a reorganization plan. In that plan, we began steps to have Stability today...Security for Tomorrow. Through individual donors, churches, and businesses, we have been able to complete that plan.
This restructure did not in any way impact the elderly that we serve, the JAM Clubs, our church relationships, our school sponsored students, our agricultural lands, our sponsored home builds, and many other ways that the ministry serves the community. This restructure allowed us to better meet the current needs and prepare for the future.
Matthew 25 House:
Our elderly care residents, the most vulnerable elderly in our community, that receive 24/7 care now reside at one location. This allows all the care givers for the elderly to be at a centralized location. This means that we can better balance staffing needs with budget requirements. Our tangible items such as water pumps, generators, stoves, and other items that need frequent maintenance and repairs are now consolidated to one location.
Galatians 6:2 Program:
“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
Food delivers and home rentals for the elderly and other families that are the most vulnerable take place when mission teams are in country and through sponsorship.
We have a need to build our financial reserve for our elderly medical and funeral expenses, vehicle and property maintenance and repairs, and the unforeseen needs of our ministry family and our community.
